Finance Options – BH Carpentry & Joinery
We offer finance for bespoke furniture and joinery orders through Klarna, allowing you to pay in instalments. This page explains how it works, your obligations, and how it interacts with our bespoke order policy.
How it works
- Finance is provided by Klarna, a third-party credit provider.
- Klarna offers Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options at checkout.
- Eligibility is subject to Klarna approval and credit checks.
- By choosing finance, you enter a separate agreement with Klarna. Our obligation is to deliver your bespoke product once full payment has been received via Klarna.
Available Finance Options
Depending on your order and eligibility, Klarna may offer:

| Pay in 3 | Split the total cost of your order into 3 interest-free instalments. Payments are automatically scheduled: at checkout, 30 days, and 60 days. |
| Pay in 30 | Pay the full order amount within 30 days. No interest if paid in full by the due date. |
| Other Klarna options | Klarna may offer longer-term finance depending on order value and customer eligibility. Any interest or fees will be communicated by Klarna at checkout. |
Important notes:
- Finance is only available for the full order amount. Partial payments or deposits cannot be made via Klarna.
- Minimum order value for finance may apply; this will be confirmed at quote stage.
Eligibility & Approval
- You must be 18 or older and a UK resident.
- Credit subject to status – approval is not guaranteed.
- Klarna may carry out a credit check.
- Choosing finance does not replace your obligation to pay for your order.
Deposits & Production
- For standard orders, we may request a deposit to secure your order.
- Once production starts: orders cannot be cancelled; deposits are non-refundable.
- Klarna finance will only be processed once full payment is due.
- Lead times are 8–10 weeks for bespoke items, and any changes will be communicated promptly.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations for finance orders follow our standard Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method where possible.
- Once production has started, no refunds will be issued.
