How It Works

From first contact to finished install—our process for bespoke cabinetry and joinery.

  1. Enquiry

    Get in touch via our contact form or phone. Tell us about your project (e.g., understairs storage, fitted wardrobes, media wall) and we'll respond within 1–2 working days.

  2. Survey

    We arrange a free site visit to measure your space, discuss design and options, and answer any questions. No obligation.

  3. Quote

    You receive a clear, fixed quote. Once you're happy, we confirm the order and agree deposit and payment terms.

  4. Deposit / Finance

    Standard Payment:

    • A deposit secures your slot (usually 50% of the total).
    • The balance is paid before or on completion.
    • Deposits are non-refundable once work starts.

    Finance via Klarna:

    • Full payment is processed via Klarna; deposits are not used.
    • You pay in 3 interest-free instalments (or other options offered by Klarna at checkout).
    • Credit is subject to status; approval is not guaranteed.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
    • All finance payments are handled through Klarna—your obligation to pay us remains the same.

  5. Make

    Your item is made to order in our workshop. We'll keep you updated on progress and confirm an installation date.

  6. Install

    We install on site and finish to a high standard.

    Payment:

    • Standard: Pay the remaining balance at installation.
    • Finance: Klarna processes the instalments according to your agreement.

    All workmanship is covered by our 2-year guarantee.

Notes / Highlights

  • Lead times: 8–10 weeks for bespoke items.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production starts.
  • Finance is only available for full-order payment.
